After some considerable time managing my non-music career, the pandemic, and most importantly getting 3 young men off to college, I’m returning to a commitment to all things musical.
To kick this off, I’ve written out Cazadero, the Paul Shelasky fiddle tune many of us know/learned from John Reischman. I’ve always loved this tune and have found myself being unconsciously influenced by it in some of the fiddle tunes I’ve written.
It’s a straight-forward tune in E that will definitely give a workout in managing E in first position.
The tune is available in the Tablature section to tablature subscribers. I have provided it in PDF, Notion, and MP3 formats.
